Homeward Certification

It has been a great year so far and is just getting started. I am so excited to announce a great new opportunity that I am a part of. I recently became a Homeward Certified Agent. Homeward is a local company that is able to help homebuyers buy before they sell. Historically if a client of mine wanted to buy a home but needed to sell their home first, we would try to time things perfect so they could sell their home and go buy something with a contingency upon the sale of their current home.

It was always a difficult thing to time. My clients would miss out on good buying opportunities because some sellers do not want to work with contingent buyers. Or sometimes they would sell their home too quickly and not be able to find the right home to buy and end up having to move to temporary quarters.
