Jonathan Bane is a full-time REALTOR® in Austin who believes buying or selling a home should feel exciting—not overwhelming. After a successful career in the software industry, Jonathan transitioned into real estate because he wanted work that felt more personal, meaningful, and rooted in helping people make life-changing decisions.

Jonathan first fell in love with real estate when purchasing his own home. That experience sparked a curiosity that led him to the Charfen Institute—one of the country’s leading real estate education companies—where he worked alongside agents and industry innovators from across the nation. While there, the company was recognized as one of the fastest-growing organizations in the U.S., and Jonathan developed a deep understanding of market strategy, negotiation frameworks, and the systems that help agents serve clients at the highest level.

Jonathan has since built a career known for transparency, calm communication, and advocating fiercely for his clients. Early in his career, he was honored as a nominee for the Austin Board of REALTORS® “Rookie of the Year,” and today he continues to love working with first-time buyers, growing families, and anyone who appreciates a data-driven, friendly, and low-pressure approach.
